Because all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue. We may send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at admin@golobulus.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
