How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2-5 business days. Domestic shipping is 3-7 business days after that. International orders run 7-20 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.
What if it doesn't fit?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering — the Next Level 3600 runs true to size with a slightly fitted cut.
Are these limited edition?
We don't artificially limit runs, but we rotate designs. Once a cryptid's series is complete, those designs stay available. New cryptids are added regularly.
