Mongolian Death Worm
Gobi Desert, Mongolia. Ancient tradition.
Beneath the sand lies a fat, blood-red worm with no visible head, eyes, or mouth — just a pulsing tube of crimson that kills from a distance. It spits corrosive acid. It may deliver electric shocks through the ground. The Mongolian nomads who cross the Gobi take it very seriously.
Something lives under that sand. These designs are our interpretation of the Olgoi-Khorkhoi.
